At M2stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below for details on how refunds are processed.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests for products that meet the following conditions:
- The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Items that show signs of wear or are missing original parts/accessories may not qualify for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be refunded, including:
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at returns@m2stores.co.za within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and photo evidence (if applicable).
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending the item back.
Please note that unapproved returns may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or shipped in error.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe, please:
- Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know in your email request. We can replace defective or damaged items with the same or similar product (subject to stock availability).
